After installing Kevin's system he called saying that his compressor was only running at high speed. Then after talking with Ground Loop's service manager Nick he had this to say,

"Nick guided me through the procedure over the phone to change the differential setting and instantly the unit began using stage one as it should. So not only did the install fo well, but my first service call went well too. Nick even followed up this morning to make sure it was still working right and to tell me that he had contacted Water-Furnace to double-check what we found in my thermostat. That is a top-notch service, and that makes me very glad I chose Ground Loop to install my geothermal unit.
